Columbia Restaurant

Columbia Restaurant is Florida's oldest restaurant and the largest Spanish restaurant in the world, founded in 1905 in Ybor City. Famous for its 1905 Salad prepared tableside, Cuban bread, and traditional paella. The building occupies an entire city block with 15 dining rooms and a courtyard with live flamenco shows nightly. A Tampa landmark for over a century.
