Carriers in the BusBrother network run vehicles from 15-passenger minibuses to 56-passenger motorcoaches, including 18-, 20- and 25-passenger minibuses and 30-, 35- and 40-passenger coaches. For groups over 57 passengers, carriers coordinate multiple vehicles on one schedule. Book to your headcount plus about a 15 percent buffer so late additions, luggage and gear fit comfortably.
Yes. You can book one-way, round-trip or multi-stop charter service and choose the trip type when you request a quote. A round trip reserves the return vehicle at the same time, which matters for cruise and event returns, and typically costs 60-75% of two separate one-way bookings. The bus can wait at your destination or come back at a scheduled return time.
Yes. ADA wheelchair-accessible minibuses and motorcoaches are available on request at no additional charge. Note your accessibility needs at booking, including the number of wheelchair passengers, whether they can transfer to a coach seat or need to remain in the chair, and any service animal, so the carrier dispatches the correct vehicle. Same-day accessible vehicle requests depend on carrier availability.
Book 2-3 weeks ahead for standard trips and 4-6 weeks ahead for peak periods such as March-April spring break, November-December holidays and major event weekends. Weddings and large conferences should book several months out to secure the right mix of vehicles. Same-week bookings are usually possible but carry a 20-40% premium and reduced vehicle choice.

Every driver holds a commercial driver license with a passenger endorsement, passes a DOT medical exam at least every 24 months, and is enrolled in an FMCSA drug and alcohol testing program with random screening. Carriers review each driver's motor vehicle record at least once a year and run background checks, and federal hours-of-service rules cap a passenger-carrier driver at 10 hours of driving per shift.
