How BusBrother works for carriers

BusBrother is a Florida-focused lead-matching service connecting groups with licensed charter bus and motorcoach operators. Customers submit trip requests; we verify the request, match it to carriers in our network whose service area and fleet fit the trip, and forward the lead to those carriers. Carriers then quote and book the customer directly.

We are not a transportation broker, not a motor carrier, and not a fleet operator. We do not hold customer payment, do not set binding prices, and do not intermediate the carrier-customer relationship once we forward the lead.

Phase 1: Free leads (currently active)

Every lead BusBrother generates is delivered free of charge to approved carriers in our network. There are no per-lead fees, no commission on bookings, and no monthly subscription during Phase 1.

Founding Carrier program
The first 5 carriers approved to our network are designated Founding Carriers and receive lifetime free lead access. After we reach 5 Founding Carriers, new carriers joining the network will participate in our Phase 2 pricing model (below).

Phase 2: Per-lead access fee (coming later)

Once we reach our Founding Carrier cap, new carriers will pay a per-lead access fee to receive customer contact details. We will publish exact pricing before Phase 2 begins. Founding Carriers will continue to receive every lead at no cost.

Phase 3: Bid auction (future)

Eventually, lead access will move to a competitive bid auction: carriers will bid on lead access amounts, and the top bidders will win the customer contact. This phase will only launch once we have sufficient carrier supply for healthy bidding dynamics. Founding Carriers will receive guaranteed priority access regardless of auction outcomes.

FAQ

No. While our primary service area is Brevard County, Florida, we accept carriers from anywhere in Florida and route leads to whoever can best service the trip. If you're based in Tampa, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Jacksonville, or anywhere else in Florida, you're welcome to apply.
Lifetime free lead access. Even after we move to a paid model in Phase 2, Founding Carriers continue to receive every BusBrother lead at no cost — forever. There are only 5 Founding Carrier slots total.
No. Each lead is forwarded to multiple carriers in the relevant service area so the customer has options. Carriers compete on price, service, and response speed. This is intentional — it keeps the customer experience high and prevents any one carrier from sitting on leads.
Within 2 hours during business hours, 4 hours after-hours. Customers expect a same-day quote. If you can't meet this standard, BusBrother probably isn't the right fit for your operation. Repeated slow responses will result in removal from the network.
No obligation. Pass on any lead that doesn't fit your service area, fleet, or schedule. We track response and conversion rates over time to optimize lead routing, but skipping individual leads is completely fine.
No. Once we forward a lead, you handle everything: quote, booking, payment, deposit, dispatch, and follow-up. BusBrother stays out of the carrier-customer transaction entirely. We are a lead-matching service, not a broker or middleman.
We investigate. Carriers in our network must maintain customer satisfaction. Repeated complaints, no-shows, missed pickups, hidden fees, or unprofessional conduct will result in removal from the network. Our reputation depends on the quality of carriers we route customers to.
Yes. Removal happens for: expired insurance, lapsed FMCSA authority, FMCSA safety rating downgrade, customer complaints, no-shows, hidden fees, or chronic slow response. We notify carriers in writing before removal except in cases of safety violations.
