Phase 1: Free Lead Access

BusBrother is currently in our launch phase. Every lead we generate is delivered free of charge to approved carriers in our network.

What we send carriers

• ✓Customer trip details: date, time, route, group size, service type, special requirements
• ✓Customer contact info (name, email, phone) so you can quote and book directly
• ✓Trip notes including ADA requirements, multi-stop, luggage assistance

What we require

• ✓Valid USDOT number with active FMCSA operating authority
• ✓FMCSA safety rating of Satisfactory or None (not Conditional or Unsatisfactory)
• ✓Minimum $5,000,000 in commercial auto liability insurance
• ✓Current DOT vehicle inspections on every motorcoach
• ✓CDL drivers with Passenger endorsement (CDL-P) and clean background checks
• ✓Response within 2 hours of receiving a lead during business hours

How it works

1. Submit the application below — we verify your credentials within 2 business days
2. Once approved, you start receiving lead emails for trips that match your service area
3. You contact the customer directly with your quote — book and bill them directly
4. BusBrother stays out of the transaction; we don't take a cut on Phase 1 leads

Note: BusBrother is a lead-matching and referral service, not a transportation broker or motor carrier. All transportation is provided by independent, licensed FDOT/FMCSA carriers like you. We do not hold customer payment or set binding prices.
