BusBrother is a transportation broker. To fulfill your booking, we share necessary trip details (pickup/dropoff locations, date/time, group size, special requirements) with the licensed motor carrier matched to your trip. We do not share your full contact information until a vendor wins your bid and is awarded the trip.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business:

  • Square - payment processing
  • Resend - transactional email delivery
  • Supabase - secure data storage
  • Netlify - website hosting
  • Google Analytics / Search Console - website analytics
