Parking is paid on arrival by major credit card (no cash), no reservations are taken, and each terminal has a garage or surface lots with oversized spaces for RVs and buses. The port asks guests to arrive at the boarding time assigned by their cruise line, and terminal parking garages and surface lots do not open before 10 AM for embarking passengers.
