Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse

The Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse near Daytona Beach is the tallest lighthouse in Florida at 175 feet and the second tallest in the United States. Visitors can climb the 203 steps to the top for panoramic views of the coast and Intracoastal Waterway. The lighthouse complex includes a museum, restored keeper's dwellings, and a gift shop. It is about 60 miles from Orlando.

St. Augustine Lighthouse

The St. Augustine Lighthouse is one of the most historic in Florida, with a tower dating to 1874. The lighthouse stands 165 feet tall with 219 steps to the top. The adjacent maritime museum tells the story of St. Augustine's maritime heritage. Nighttime ghost tours are popular as the lighthouse is considered one of the most haunted locations in Florida.

Cape Canaveral Lighthouse

The Cape Canaveral Lighthouse is located on Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and is one of the oldest lighthouses in Florida, first lit in 1848. The current tower was built in 1868. Access is limited to periodic open house events organized by the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse Foundation, as the lighthouse is on a restricted military installation.
