Orlando Convention Calendar

Orlando is the second-most popular convention destination in the United States after Las Vegas. The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) is the second-largest convention facility in the country at 7 million square feet. Major conventions run year-round but peak from January through May and September through November.

Getting to the Convention Center

The OCCC is located on International Drive. From MCO, it is about a 15-minute drive. The I-Ride Trolley connects the convention center to I-Drive hotels. Rideshare services are heavily used during conventions and surge pricing is common. BusBrother provides group shuttle service between the convention center and hotels, restaurants, and activities.

Dining and Entertainment

International Drive offers hundreds of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive of the convention center. Pointe Orlando, ICON Park, and Restaurant Row on Sand Lake Road offer upscale dining. For group dinners, BusBrother transports convention groups to restaurants, dinner shows, and entertainment venues across Orlando.

After-Hours Activities

Convention attendees looking for after-hours fun have options including theme parks with evening ticket options, escape rooms on I-Drive, Top Golf, Andretti Indoor Karting, bowling at Main Event, and Orlando's downtown bar scene. BusBrother provides evening group transportation for team building outings and corporate social events.
