Easter at Theme Parks

Walt Disney World features character meet-and-greets with the Easter Bunny and special Easter dining experiences. EPCOT's Flower and Garden Festival is typically in full swing during Easter. Universal Orlando and SeaWorld both offer seasonal Easter activities. Easter week is one of the busiest periods at all Orlando theme parks.

Spring Festivals

Spring is festival season in Central Florida. Bok Tower Gardens' spring bloom features azaleas and other flowering plants. Harry P. Leu Gardens in Orlando hosts plant sales and garden tours. The Mount Dora Craft Fair, Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival, and numerous farmer's markets celebrate the season.

Outdoor Activities

Spring weather in Central Florida averages 80 to 85 degrees with low humidity, making it the best time of year for outdoor activities. Kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, and beach visits are ideal. This is also sea turtle nesting season beginning in May, with turtle walks available at several Space Coast locations.
