Frequently asked questions
How do I find a church bus rental near me?
Submit your church trip details at busbrother.com/book/ with pickup church address, destination, headcount, and any youth-group flag. BusBrother routes to Florida or SC carriers with youth-group experience and background-checked drivers. On youth trips we default to 2016-or-newer motorcoaches with 3-point seat belts and provide driver background-check summary to your safety coordinator before the trip.
How much does a church bus rental cost in Florida?
A church bus rental in Florida costs 750 to 1,400 dollars per day for a 25-passenger minibus and 1,400 to 2,400 dollars per day for a 55-passenger motorcoach. Youth-camp week-long rentals get a 10 to 15 percent discount. Sunday-only trips under 4 hours run 500 to 900 dollars flat. Rate covers driver, fuel, insurance, and tolls.
Are drivers background-checked for church youth trips?
Yes. Every driver on a church or youth-group charter passes FMCSA drug testing, DOT medical exam, and a criminal background screen. On request we provide the driver's motor-vehicle record and background-check summary before the trip so your safety coordinator can confirm. School Bus (S) endorsement drivers available on request for K-12 youth-group trips.
Can you handle a mission trip out of state?
Yes. Multi-day interstate mission trips are common. Rate covers driver overnight lodging (about 150 dollars per night) and a per diem. Any single leg over 10 driving hours requires a second driver by federal hours-of-service rule. We handle route planning, overnight coach parking, and church-parking-lot pickup logistics.
Do you accept church debit cards?
Yes. Church debit and credit cards accepted at booking with no wire transfer required. 25 percent deposit standard, balance due on trip day or by ACH the week after. Approved church accounts booking 10+ trips per year can request Net-30 invoicing under a Master Services Agreement.
