About FLL Airport

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is the second busiest airport in South Florida, serving over 36 million passengers annually. The airport is located in Dania Beach, between Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood. FLL is a major hub for Spirit Airlines and JetBlue, and its proximity to Port Everglades makes it a top choice for cruise passengers.

Terminal Layout

FLL has four terminals with multiple concourses. Terminal 1 serves JetBlue and others, Terminal 2 handles United and others, Terminal 3 serves Delta and others, and Terminal 4 is home to Spirit Airlines and international carriers. A pedestrian skybridge connects Terminal 1 to the Brightline train station.

Cruise Port Connection

Port Everglades is literally across the street from FLL, making this airport the most convenient for cruise passengers sailing from Fort Lauderdale. Many cruise lines offer shuttle service between FLL and the port. BusBrother also provides group transfer service between FLL and Port Everglades or any South Florida destination.

Getting to Central Florida

FLL is approximately 200 miles south of Orlando. The Brightline train now connects Fort Lauderdale to Orlando in about 3.5 hours. For groups, BusBrother charter bus service provides direct transportation between FLL and Central Florida destinations with plenty of luggage space.
