  • Airport pickup + hotel drop + wait + hotel-to-cruise transfer (typical cruise embarkation morning)
  • Ceremony-only wedding shuttle (guest arrivals + ceremony standby + reception drop)
  • Corporate lunch offsite (venue-to-restaurant round trip with 90-min meal)

What does NOT fit

Where this duration block is the wrong choice - book a different duration instead:

Frequently asked questions

What is the shortest charter bus rental you offer?

The industry minimum in Florida is a 4-hour block, priced 650 to 1,600 dollars depending on vehicle size. This is the standard minimum most operators bill against regardless of actual drive time. Under 4 hours does not save money because the minimum floor still applies. If your trip is under 90 minutes each way with a short standby, the 4-hour block is your best value.

Can we book less than 4 hours?

Some operators accept 3-hour bookings on point-to-point one-way trips (airport transfer, cruise drop) without standby. Rates run 500 to 1,200 dollars per one-way trip. For anything requiring standby time, driver waits, or a round trip, the 4-hour block is the minimum and is priced the same regardless of whether you use the full 4 hours.

How much is a 4-hour charter bus rental in Florida?

Half-day (4-hour) rates in Florida: 14-passenger minibus 650 to 950 dollars, 25-passenger minibus 900 to 1,200 dollars, 36-passenger midsize coach 1,100 to 1,400 dollars, 55-passenger motorcoach 1,400 to 1,600 dollars. All rates include driver, fuel, tolls, standard insurance, and luggage handling.

Does the 4-hour clock include drive time from the depot?

No. The 4-hour clock starts at the scheduled pickup time and ends at the scheduled final drop time. Driver deadhead time (depot to pickup, drop to depot) is included in the flat rate not billed separately. The 4 hours is service time only.

Can a half-day charter bus cover a wedding?

For a ceremony-only wedding without a reception transfer, yes. A 4-hour block covers guest arrivals, ceremony standby, and one post-ceremony return. For a full wedding day including reception standby and late-night returns, book a 6 or 10-hour block instead. The extra 2 to 6 hours costs less than booking a second separate 4-hour block.
