Arrive very early for popular launches as the park fills quickly.

Jetty Park - Cape Canaveral

Jetty Park at the north end of Cape Canaveral is one of the closest beach viewing spots, approximately 8 to 10 miles from most launch pads. The park charges a vehicle entrance fee and has a beach, fishing pier, and campground. It is a popular spot for combining a beach day with a launch viewing.

Other Viewing Locations

Max Brewer Bridge in Titusville, KARS Park on the Indian River, Rotary Riverfront Park, and Cocoa Beach Pier all offer good viewing. From Orlando, launches are visible as a bright streak on the eastern horizon, but for the full experience including sound and vibration, you need to be on the Space Coast within 20 miles of the pad.
