Seats are installed using the vehicle 3-point seat belt or ISOFIX where equipped, then inspected by the driver before departure.

Pricing detail
Booster seats are 15 to 25 dollars per seat per trip - the most common request for K-2 field trips. Convertible seats are 25 to 35 dollars per seat per trip. Rear-facing infant seats are 35 to 45 dollars per seat per trip because they require more space and setup time. Multi-day rentals bundle at 2x the single-trip rate for up to 5 days. Bulk requests of 10+ seats (school groups, church retreats) discount 20 percent.

Frequently asked questions
Does Florida law require child car seats on a charter bus?
Florida F.S. 316.613 requires appropriate child restraints for any child under 5 years old or 40 pounds in a motor vehicle, and while charter buses have some exemptions for large motorcoaches with 3-point belts, best practice and every reputable Florida carrier still installs seats for children under 40 pounds. For K-5 field trips and family reunions the rule is: if a child is under 4 feet 9 inches tall book a booster or convertible seat.
Can I bring my own child car seat?
Yes and there is no charge for BYO seats. Bring the seat to pickup and the driver will help install it using the bus 3-point belt or ISOFIX where equipped. However rented seats are pre-sanitized and pre-inspected which is why most families book the carrier-provided option for weddings, cruise shuttles, and short trips where hauling gear is inconvenient.
Are booster seats included on wedding shuttles?
No - all child seats are an add-on requested separately at booking. Wedding shuttle base rates do not include child seats because most weddings are adults-only. When you book a wedding shuttle with kids attending mention the ages and weights in the booking notes and the dispatcher will add booster seats to the quote at 15 to 25 dollars per seat.
How much advance notice do you need for child seats?
72 hours prior to pickup for standard orders. Emergency 24-hour requests are possible but limited to whatever the carrier has in-warehouse - not every seat type may be available. For school and church groups needing 10+ seats book 7 to 14 days ahead to guarantee inventory and installation time.
